It included a home addition, a completely redesigned kitchen, multiple renovated bathrooms, an updated main level laundry area, a fully developed basement, and the installation of several fireplaces. To enhance outdoor living, the project featured newly constructed concrete decks, including a covered space designed to accommodate a hot tub.

With construction extending into the fall, the team also faced cold weather challenges. Snow and cold temperatures can affect both materials and timelines if not properly managed.

To keep the project on track, we implemented tarping and temporary heating where needed to protect exterior work areas. These measures allowed construction to continue safely and maintained quality standards during colder weather conditions.
